Colors & Finishes
Your garage floor should look exactly the way you want it. Explore our full range of decorative chip blends, solid colors, and finish options.
Flake Coverage Styles
Decorative vinyl chips, often called flakes, are broadcast into the wet base coat to create the signature speckled appearance of a professional garage floor. The amount of flake coverage dramatically changes the look and feel of the finished floor.
Full Flake Coverage
Full flake (also called full broadcast or full chip) means the entire floor surface is completely covered with decorative chips. The base coat color is not visible at all. This creates a seamless, granite-like or terrazzo-like appearance that hides imperfections and provides a rich, textured look.
- Complete, seamless coverage with no base coat showing
- Hides minor concrete imperfections and repairs
- Adds natural texture and slight slip resistance
- Our most popular residential option
Partial Flake Coverage
Partial flake (also called medium broadcast) means the chips are scattered more sparingly so the base coat color remains visible between the chips. This creates a more subtle, contemporary look with depth and dimension while still maintaining the textured feel.
- Base coat color visible between chips for a two-tone effect
- More contemporary and minimalist appearance
- Good option when you want color but not full texture
- Popular for commercial and showroom applications
Solid Color Coatings
Prefer a clean, uniform look without decorative chips? Solid color coatings provide a sleek, modern finish in virtually any color. Solid colors are popular for commercial spaces, workshops, and homeowners who want a polished, monochromatic appearance.
Popular solid color choices include medium gray, charcoal, tan, beige, and white. Custom colors can be mixed to match specific preferences or branding requirements. Solid color floors are typically finished with a clear top coat for protection and sheen.

Metallic Finishes
Available upon request. Metallic epoxy floors create a striking, one-of-a-kind appearance with swirling, marbled patterns that resemble liquid metal, marble, or lava flow. Each metallic floor is truly unique because the pigments react differently based on application technique, temperature, and timing.
Metallic finishes are available in silver, champagne, copper, pearl, charcoal, and custom blends. Because metallic floors require specialized application techniques and additional time, they are priced differently from standard chip systems. Contact Alex to discuss whether a metallic finish is right for your space.
Metallic floors are best suited for interior applications such as basements, showrooms, and garages that are not exposed to direct sunlight.
Top Coat Finish Options
The clear top coat seals and protects your floor. Beyond protection, the finish level you choose affects how your floor looks on a daily basis.
Matte
Low-sheen finish that minimizes reflections and hides minor surface imperfections. Matte finishes have a natural, understated look and show less dust and footprints between cleanings. A practical choice for working garages and commercial spaces.
Satin
A balanced mid-sheen finish that provides subtle light reflection without the mirror-like effect of high gloss. Satin is our most popular finish because it enhances color depth while remaining practical for everyday use.
Gloss
High-sheen finish that creates maximum light reflection and a showroom-quality appearance. Gloss finishes make colors pop and give the floor a wet, polished look. Best for showrooms, display garages, and spaces designed to impress.
Anti-slip additives can be mixed into any finish level for areas where traction is a priority, such as commercial kitchens, patios, or garages in regions with wet weather.
